Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is free on every US order.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (up to 5 if an item needs restocking). Standard delivery to a US address takes an estimated 8–15 business days from the day you order, processing included. During peak periods (November–January and the Lunar New Year, late January to mid-February) please allow up to 5 extra business days.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking can take 5–8 days to show its first update while the parcel is in transit — this is normal.

If your order is late

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of ordering, email us at nexusautomations.team@gmail.com with your order number and we will trace it. If the parcel cannot be located, we will send a replacement or refund you in full.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 12 hours of ordering — once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot redirect it.
